Hi! I'm Kelly Snow, LPC

Information

Welcome !

Let's face it, life can be hard. You have decided it's time to find an experienced professional who compassionately listens, teaches, and supports you on your journey to a better life. No matter what has come your way, if it matters to you then it matters to me. My office is a judge-free zone where you can share what's going on, knowing your secrets are safe and handled with respect.

Whether it's anxiety, emotional management, stress, depression, loss, and life transitions or any number of things that have you looking for someone to talk to, I can offer the skills, experience, and honesty necessary to help guide you on your way.

My approach is gentle, honest, and welcoming. We will together at your pace, keeping your sense of safety at the forefront as we begin your personal journey to wellness.

How I live out my passion as a therapist-

I find a great sense of fulfillment in walking alongside women on their journey. Our Journeys will not look the same, but I value the importance of having someone to journey alongside with-wherever the road may lead.

I want women to know there is no shame in speaking your truth, exploring who you are,  facing your past, and in using your voice and your power to live the life of your calling.

How I help Others-

As humans we are in an ongoing process of development. So often for women there can be a sense of not feeling worthy, or good enough, or like an imposter. These core beliefs, and others like them can interfere with us moving forward.

I help women believe in their right to be imperfect, flawed, courageous and strong. If you struggle to cope and live life on your own terms, you need a place where all aspects of who you are will be welcomed.

I often utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness Therapy. I am trauma-informed with a Basic Training Certificate in EMDR.

I charge 150 per hour for a 55 minute session. I accept VABLS Blue Cross Blue Shield and Federal Blue Cross Blue Shield. I also accept CIGNA.  My fee for cash paying clients is 125. If you receive out of network benefits (OON) from your insurance coverage I can offer you a receipt with appropriate details for you to request reimbursement from your insurance carrier if applicable.

Fully telehealth and licensed in the state of Virginia.

Schedule a 10 minute free phone consultation by emailing me, kellysnowlpc@inbloomcounselingforwomen.com.

How long can I expect to come to therapy?

Time needed can range from a few sessions to 26 sessions . It is important to note that therapy should have a beginning, middle and an end. We will assess progress frequently.

In my free time I enjoy hiking the AT, finding new Wineries, traveling, and spending time with friends, family, and three very spoiled cats.
